I served from 2002-2007 as a forward observer in the US Army and knocked out two tours in Iraq. After the military, I earned a bachelor’s degree in business administration and got lost working in Germany. I cut my editing teeth performing English to German technical translations, a grueling and extensive process that makes copy-editing seem like a relaxing hobby.
Since 2013, I’ve focused my editing work on bringing new military veteran writers to the market. I just wanted to say THANK YOU! for this site and for taking time to celebrate the hard work of our active and retired military. I came across the site on Indie Book Review and was going to submit my work, it doesn’t qualify, so I won’t waste your time there, but really wanted to send a shout out.
